Whenever I want to save my progress,I press the "yes,save progress"button and I can't get out! Please fix this bug!! Also,when I go to sign in,it just crashes. If you fix I'm rating 5 ?

It is not a game or anything it just asks you stuff. And the music drives me and my mom crazy!!!!! I decided to delete the app and I am never playing it again!!!!!!!!!!!
