I really enjoy this app but recently it closes the app by itself only about 5 seconds after I open this app. I redownloaded several times and also tried with a new accounts, the results were same.

Every single time I opened it, it would freeze and then give me a black screen 5 sec later. I tried redownloading the app, but then all my pictures, music, and documents were lost. Plz fix!!!

SECOND UPDATE: For some odd reason, a day after posting yesterday's update, the app now works and doesn't crash anymore! Not sure what happened. Hopefully, everything will work okay from now on. FIRST UPDATE: After 3 years of great satisfaction, all of a sudden the app crashes every time I open it, usually within 5 seconds. So I did a reset on my iPhone. No luck. Next, I deleted app, and redownloaded app. The same crashing occurred. Help! I love this app; please fix bug! Thank you! OLD REVIEW FROM 3 years ago: Solution to crashing; Wi-Fi not needed I, too, had problem with the app crashing when I updated the app. So I deleted the app (which will delete all your previously downloaded files), and then "bought" the app. Then I could open the app, log in, and viola, all my titles were listed again. However, I had to download them again, by tapping on the titles. The downloading worked via my AT&T phone data plan. You do NOT need Wi-Fi, with this update, to download files. Once your files are all back on your device, you can play them as many times as you wish, with no need for any internet access, just like prior to the update. At least that's how it's working for me. So while I was initially outraged, I'm happy again.
