The app is not user friendly as it relates to automatically renewing. Make sure you take care of that right when you sign up, otherwise they auto renew you and there is nothing you can do.

I really wish i could get my money back after using this app.. constantly crashes, and as a result keeps freezing my iPhone.. wish i could give the app zero stars.. huge waste of $10
Deletes my messages

So this app was great at first and now all of sudden it's starting to delete my messages before I even read them... Or it's not refreshing at all so that I can see my new messages. Disappointing because I have potential interests and I can't connect with them :(
Matched but cannot message?

This app needs lots of improvement because when I get matched with people, it won’t allow me to message them, even if the likes are mutual.

No customer service. No response to emails asking for help. No way to delete your account. There’s very little if any activity on the app and no way to test the app without paying for a subscription. I truly do not recommend this to anyone.
How do you delete your profile??

Liked this app until I realized there’s no way to delete your profile in the app itself (unless I’m blind). Nobody has responded to me and I find this highly unprofessional for an app like this.
