Install Administrators can use the app to stay on top of projects using the dashboard, receive and respond to new job requests in the office or in the field, manage their install team and schedule, and respond to and resolve issues reported by Installers.
Installers can use the app to collaborate with the Installation Administrator. Access your personal calendar, and up-to-date project details including site address, customer contacts, weather at job site, info about products involved (films, overlaminates, pre-masks, printers, inks), special equipment needed, customized notes, and more. Receive alerts when details change. Capture start and stop times. Report on-site issues to the Installation Administrator for rapid resolution. Take/upload completion photos to close the job faster.
