This app was apparently downloaded onto my phone and an account was made with my email address that I did not make. I have been charged 36 dollars for it and I would like an immediate refund, whether it be from you or from iTunes. I have emailed your help line, if my account is not deleted and my $36 is not refunded, legal action will be taken.

We are bombarded with messages but you can always ignore or block the unwanted users. I appreciate the photo verification feature because it helps weed out fakes and helps prevent chatting with underage people.
