Ok first I was real hesitant, but then remembering I do not have all the time in the world to go to gym 5 days a week like before I decided lets do something on my time and something my 2 year old boy would think is fun also! I'm adoring the results! Not even a full month and I feel he firm and cut from what looked like my bottom half melted into my leg. Husband sees the results but I want more! Thanks! Highly Recommended for those with limited time and wanting not some type of motivation. Better to start somewhere than nowhere

I've tried other 30 challenge apps, this one is the best! I love the check list and they aren't messing around with their challenges! Butt lift magic ;)

I am on beginner level one and I can not get past day 4! I am not fat, I can run a 5k and am not over-weight. This is too hard for me. Can I get a beginner level 0.5?!?

I love this app! It helps me keep up with the challenge and doesn't just have regular squats but other squat exercises.
