This is a good app if you're looking for a squatting challenge for a beginner. The squat amounts to complete per-day increase and decrease in random amounts, so you're never quite sure how many you're going to be assigned to do that day. The app also incorporates rest days, which are very important. Highly recommend commended for people new to doing squats, and who are looking for a simple way to chart their progress.

I dig this app. Free. Somewhat easy but able to challenge myself. Using this and a "counting calories" app works great together. Plus you can set up what time you want to do it during the day/night.

I love this app I just got it and I did the first workout it was fun for me. I really hope this works, I'll find out soon ?? I have been out of shape the past couple years and wanted to get in shape again. I am excited for this app. ?? I can't wait until I get to see my results.. I have had trouble finding exercise apps and never got to it, I think this will motivate me well!! ????
