I downloaded the free version just to get familiar with the app before buying the pro version. I was interrupted so many times with ads I finally just gave up and deleted it.

A friend forwarded the link to this app, asking me to try it with her. On both of our apps, the beginner level 1 links to level 2. In fact, each link leads to the higher level. She was ok with this. But as I am a complete beginner, this is disappointing.

Great way to start getting back in shape and getting into a routine. It becomes a habit! I do all three everyday!

I don't like how it skips to the next level. Starting beginner level 1 takes you to level 2. Uninstalling this app. :/

I see everyone complain about using the app and the level being wrong I just downloaded all three apps and looked at this they are beginner level exercises the label is just what your next level is btw the creator of these apps have done a wonderful job it's worth downloading this is going to be an awesome app

I recently had a lateral release surgery done and I am limited to what I can do. I have not been able to fully workout the way I was able to prior to my surgery and I was looking for a beginner level program and I found it with this app. I love the beginner level and the fact that I can work my way up to being fit again! Even at the beginner level I can feel the burn!

Day 12 of abs, push-ups and squats and not only am I feeling healthier but I'm seeing the results. And my little ones are loving counting my exercises and trying to do them along side me! Thanks!

Just as titled. I love this app, but the ads are super annoying!
