Can’t turn off auto-renewal

This app forces you to sign for a 1 week free trial with auto-renewal. There is NO way to use the app without signing up. The app promises you can turn off auto-renewal at any time. So I hit the subscribe button and went to turn off the auto-renewal which the terms specify you can do at ANY TIME, and there was no way to do it! So that was an absolute lie. I had to delete the app.

I am unsure where I can unsubscribe. I have looked at this app for a few days and decided I don’t want it to auto renew and can’t seem to find where I can do that. I don’t want to be stuck using this app because I don’t like it.

After you “make a profile” the app prompts you to a “start free trial” page. You literally get nothing with this app. You have to sign up for the “free trial” first to use it. Very sketch. At least include a sample workout. SOMETHING!

I can’t even use the app because an add keeps popping up right when I open the app, and it won’t let me exit the ad. It is making me very frustrated. Please tell me how to fix this!!!!
They charged me during the trial period!

25 push ups?

Before getting start my training program, the app let me to sign in and fill a form like “how many push ups can you do?” And “the frequency you take exercises”. That’s fine, like many other fitness apps do, OK I can only do 10 push ups in a row so I chose 10 push-ups. Today is the first day, the app comes 25 push ups. Hello? Why don’t you let me jump into the sky and fly like a bird?

I am very disappointed at this app... I thought I was going to lose a bunch o weight because of this and then a week after my dad calls me telling me the app is charging us for $689.00 for an app that I haven't even used for a week and I also pressed cancel on the free trial question and I had no clue it still charged me!!! DON'T USE THIS APP!! :( </3

The app states you can take off the auto renew in your settings, however I am unable to find the settings in the app. Can you please be more clear on how to find the account settings to cancel?
