I love that this reminds me to work out each day. I also like the varying degrees of difficulty. A couple of issues I've noticed with the new version: instead of saying push-ups , the girl says push UPS (and spells the letters out). It also used to ding at the end of your work out and it does t anymore. Those are both super minor and not a big deal, just thought the developer might like to know.

This is an amazing app the works you body and you can choose which body parts you want to work out but I suggest you do the easy plan first cause medium difficult for new people or beginners like me trying to become fit.

It tracks your progress, gives you excellent workouts, reminders, different difficulties, and an EXCELLENT UI. Highly Recommend to anyone interested in a good workout and a great app
