I not only use this during the work day to help focus, but also at night to help me get to sleep quicker. I use it with headphones and it works great! The variety of entrainment programs and ambient tracks in this bundle pack is wonderful and ensures there is something for everyone.

Bought this awhile ago... Never use it. Doesn't have lucid dream track. Wish I had my $ back. But $3 is nothin when you have millions of dollars so whatevs. But for all you poories out there don't buy it. When I did use it I twitched until I woke myself up. Also sleeping with headphones in is no fun. I'll just pay Justin Beiber to sing me to sleep like I used to do...

I have -extremely- sensitive ears, and I live with my father (due to medical reasons). He's not what one would call an easy sleeper. He's been known to scream, snore (like a vacuum), watching TV, 'sing' (and I use that term loosely), and 'dance (once again, loosely) in his sleep. With these AmbiSci apps (I have many installed) on my iPhone and an iHome system with a subwoofer, I can actually get something approximating to a good night's sleep most nights--as long as I plan around his shenanigans. It's also great when I have to travel with him and share a hotel room (or, as I like to call that situation, my own personal Hell). Download these apps--you won't regret it.

Great tracks and many of the entrainment tracks you want...but not all that you need! This is a great intro to Tesla's remarkable apps but you'll want the deeper cuts on some of the more comprehensive apps. This one features the same great functionality and interface you expect from Tesla's apps. The audi is top notch and frankly, they just work...well!

I had insomnia last night and the deep sleep entrainment helped. My only complaint is that you can't load your own music files into it.
