Between the computer browser and my mobile phone, this app is very glitchy. Its voice settings are unreliable. I’m now having an issue with a personal voice greeting that’s overriding the custom settings I created. The app plays it correctly, but making the test call plays it incorrectly. It’s difficult trying to conduct business not knowing if the settings will remain or not. The list of issues goes on. Support started off good when I first set up service, now it’s missed promises at getting back to me. It’s totally frustrating.

Too difficult to navigate

This app was way too confusing to navigate. Trying to find the call history was difficult enough much less actually getting a call instead of a notification that I was getting a call.

Just installed & it’s already having problems

My calls won’t come through and when they do they get dropped or something. And to top it off I can’t even make calls! Every time I try making a call to anyone & it ends up calling my linked phone number! At this point Idk what to do!

Unfortunate to say there were no numbers available for the two largest area codes in Northern California. It’s very unprofessional to not have a local number, wish I could have been able to try the service.
