I’ve been using this app for some time, but for some reason, after I got a new phone and wanted to restore everything, my password was no longer recognized, when I asked to switch my password with a link to my email, it said that the link was no longer valid, even though it’s only been 2 minutes. And when I try create a new account and just gives me an error message, I know it’s a really old app, but please fix :(
I'm not sure if it's the app or the hardware, but it stopped working after a few hours of operation. Nowhere to find help.
This device is so dumb!!! Password keeps changing on devices! No where to fins assistance!?
Can you please add playback feature that can delete saved videos from sdcard directly from the app?
So your update to version 4.7 requires us older version users to update our "simple" password to be 6 to 30 characters with alpha & numeric characters, but your app does not complete the password change even though the new password meets the criteria. Please fix this!
We have to race to play the video or we get an error, no way to communicate with app developers! So frustrating!
