Bite Squad bought 256-TOGO & is awful. Their customer service is a joke that only provides standard answers that are often dishonest.

Works very much like the full website but is a great alternative. Saves us lazy folks from having to get up and walk aalllllll the way over to the desktop computer to place an order. After all, we are ordering takeout....why would we want to move from the couch? Ok ok, I hear you, why not just call? Well my voice is a little raspy, so there. So thanks 256 To Go! Keep up the good work.
Can't run app

I get this message and can't run the app: Please register NimbleKit and initialize it with your serial number in order to run NimbleKit based applications on iPhone device. If you already registered user initialize library with your serial in application delegate file. Great idea, too bad the app doesn't work. "please reigister nimblekit and initialize with your serial number... blah blah blah" someone else already posted this, but I'm having the same issuess. Fix it and it'll be great. 1 star for now....

When the weather is bad and/or I'm simply feeling too lazy to go out, 256-TOGO is wonderful option when I'm craving a nice restaurant meal. The app is somewhat easy to use & is improving with time. The only drawback is it's occasionally difficult to figure out the fine details of a restaurant's offerings due to the limitations of the app. However, a phone call to 256-TOGO has resolved any unanswered questions I've had so far. (Yes, the name is their phone number!) Their customer service is excellent. Most importantly, the drivers are hard-working professionals who deliver hot food quickly no matter what the weather. Yes, it costs a bit more to have someone deliver restaurant food directly to your door - but, at times, it is so completely worth it!

I'll make this as short as possible. I ordered pizza for $9.99. It was disgusting and had the appearance of a first graders drawing. Literally! Ordered hot wings. They were edible but were missing a few. Ordered cheese sticks. They were edible. Ordered extra sauce. Some came. I ordered from Wild Wing Cafe. It had an estimated wait time of 45 mins for delivery and it took 2 HOURS. I spent $50 on food and the total was $80 with tax, delivery and gratuity. Delivery driver was nice. That's all. Not using again!
