Update the App

Grandi23

Please update the app to work with iOS 11. You have an iPhone compatible app, but you let it go stale. I can’t use it on my phone. Thanks. I know this isn’t really a review, but I clicked for app support and it was just an ad for the developer.

Good app

rico377

Tracks your eating and exercise to help identify food allergies/issues like nausea and diarrhea.

Tummy time

Naixelsyd

Great recipes. My tummy appreciates it.

missing info

Terez77

All of the recipes from the book are not included, nor are all the meals included in the log section. Plus, if you add the wrong food by accident you cannot delete it from the log. App needs to be more customizable. Not a fan.

No easy way to export

Modestoluke

There is no easy or intuitive way to export day although the description clearly says this is possible.

All Data Missing

Txcopusa

I have been keeping a thorough daily log for the first week of this plan. I went in and added my stuff for this morning and then went back to a previous day to add a waist measurement in the notes and now my entire log is GONE!!!! All of my weights are there but everything else is simply gone. My wife also had the same thing happen today. I tried closing and restarting the app, shutting down and restarting my iPhone and nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing but now it won't let me reactivate my purchase of the app.

App issues

Dance is my life!!!!

Excited to start this plan however after adding foods into the food log you can not go back & delete them, add to them in a given entry or even see all the foods for that entry. It's going to make it hard to detect the problem foods.

Disappointing

I loved the book and am using the diet with success but the app doesn't do much. It doesn't store your weight for some reason which is strange because it's also supposed to graph it under the reports tab. I have to return to the grocery store (heavy sigh) because the red pepper was not included in the ingredients list for the curry rubbed chicken so using the shopping list feature was useless. There is no way to print your grocery shopping list either and I wish there was. On a more positive note, the symptom tracker made me realize that the soy sauce in the wilted spinach was making me sick.

Empty promises

This app does NOT produce reports that can be shared or viewed. The reports don't have any use as far as detecting food sensitivities - you basically can only see a timeline that shows how many symptoms you have had and does not relate the symptoms to foods. It does not put the foods and symptoms in order as you eat/experience them (noon may show up before 6:00am, for example). If you make a mistake entering an item, it can't be fixed. I feel that I was mis-led. This app doesn't do what it says. I upgraded to the $2.99 version because I thought these "features" might be locked. I wouldn't waste my money or time if I were you. I hope the book isn't as bad as the app. I ordered it yesterday and downloaded the app to use with it.

Decent App

acu1598

It is a helpful app for planning grocery shopping trips and is good for tracking what you eat. The only thing I would really like to see is an interface with other programs such as My Fitness Pal and Facebook.
