Won’t open past day 1 on 3 day QF

I’m bummed bc there’s no way to submit for help within the app, no way to print the meal plans, and on the 3 day QUick fix, it won’t move past day 1. It’s a glitch for sure but really frustrating.

No options for vegetarians or vegans

The food lists for the vegetarians and vegans (along with the container adjustments) do not come with this app.

Haven’t used this in a couple of years. Found this upgraded version super helpful. If you were not a fan before, try it again! Very useful for tracking.


Great with one little annoying bug

This is a wonderful app. The bug is my indicated weight keeps reverting back to my weight when I downloaded the app in the summer of 2020. Even though I am updating my weight, it doesn’t save. That is starting to drive me nuts. I even reset the app. and it still repopulating with my weight 3 + months ago. Progress is not being saved.

I have been working on my eating for years. And I was already aware of portion size. But this app helps put together how many servings of each type of food I should be eating at a time. It has been a game changer. I spent 42 days just focusing on my eating, and I lost 6 pounds. And I am a menopausal 51 year old woman. Looking forward to adding workouts and increasing the weight loss.
