Resume Or Long Pause Feature Would Be Nice

I love 2048 and love that it can go beyond to the bigger matrices. However, those take me much longer and I wish there was a feature like the original game that lets u resume after a long pause. Instead, the game starts u over with a new game instead of letting u come back to play. And I wish I could just turn off the sound on the game without turning off the sound on my phone. Everything else is great though. Love this game.
