Track and analyze your ball handling using only your phone camera. No extra wearables or gadgets - just you and your phone.
The dribble speed meter measures your dribble speed in real time, pushing you to go harder during training. It’s like your own personal coach.
Measure your crossover speed, height consistency, location consistency, and more. Because you can’t improve what you don’t measure.
Note: Requires a DribbleUp basketball to use the live ball tracking features.
App has always been unreliable at following the basketball, misses way too many dribbles. And now since the most recent iOS update, the camera within DribbleUp points at the user, not the basketball, making the whole app useless. Apparently no longer supported by the manufacturer. Waste of money.
The company seems to have thrown in the towel on trying to improve this app. In fact, I was told they aren't even making the basketballs anymore but concentrating on soccer.
I was so excited to use this and I cannot get it to scan the ball to even begin.. Super frustrating and disappointing.
The app doesn't really track the ball most of the time. Since the app doesn't work you might as well just stand in front of a youtube video and copy the guy. On the flip side kids believe the guy on the screen is talking to them so it gives you a positive reinforcement effect. Unfortunately my ball started leaking Air on the seams and I haven’t been able to get hold of the company so the ball is about $80 and it may not work after couple of months
Every time I do a drill the blue circle never follows the ball so I get a f every time. How is the app supposed to show how good my dribbling is getting if it can’t even track where the ball is going. Smh
This is the best basketball training app to work on your handles. The 30 day program is dope! Its like having a personal trainer
The thirty day training program rocks! I love the trainer in the videos- really clear instructions and the speed meter makes my handles workouts a lot more interesting and fun.
I got the dribble up basketball because my coach told me I would have to work on my ball handling if I wanted to get to the next level. 2 weeks into using the app, I sent my friend to the floor with a nasty crossover. The training with this app is insane. Teaches you all the skills you need to perfect your skills, but does it in a fun and simple way. The challenges are also an awesome way to get bragging rights over your friends.
