A+ questions and Qbank
StarMedStudent

A+++++++++++++ My favorite new app for the USMLE. I wish I new about Score95 for Step 1 and 2.

Do not buy!
Pathology Resident

Laughably bad Qbank. I generated a "random" test, and 15 questions into it, I already had question stems describing the histology and immunohistochemistry of a lung adenocarcinoma, pleomorphic sarcoma, lobular breast carcinoma, leiomyosarcoma, thymoma, and a Tdt- and CD3-positive, CD10-, CD20-, and CD79a-negative leukemia (ALL). There's a slim chance anybody is going to see a "tumor with focal S-100 positivity" described anywhere on the actual exam. Is this supposed to be a QBank for USMLE Step 3 or the pathology board exam? A gigantic waste of $25.

Waste of money

The questions are waaaayyyy too in depth and all over the place and the answer source is wikipedia!-not a reputable medical source

Great step 3 qbank

Great questions. They are up to date and the latest update to the program is a home run! This is now one of my favorite apps to use for USMLE study.

Satisfied customer

I have been very satisfied with the app so far and the customer service has been very good too.

References Wikipedia
Drja

Questionable reliability with regards to the explanations which references Wikipedia- not exactly a reputable source for medical information. It would be more sound if evidence based medicine, actual research papers, or even UpToDate was sited. The app itself is easy to use. No crashes thus far. Internet is not required unlike other qbanks. There are plenty of questions. Good for question exercises, however, I personally wouldn't use it solely to study for Step 3. Can't expect much for the price which is very reasonable. I find it odd that the comments are from the same users throughout all the Steps 1,2,3 of this company. Inflated ratings???

It's no UWorld

The questions are challenging, that's a plus. However, there is very little variety. Rather than giving you common conditions with uncommon presentations, the authors seem to relish in the obscure and lesser known diseases. In addition, there is a lack of higher order questions (two step questions). Most questions only test your ability to provide a diagnosis.
