Best quick workout

I started back to the gym and have been doing some biking and machine weightlifting. I traveled to visit a friend and she introduced me to this app. After one work out with power 20, I could feel the effects of my work out more than I had after a week in the gym.

Enjoy the exercises, the ability to adjust intensity and "environment." Timer makes it easy to focus on performing reps without wondering when it's time to switch to next exercise. The demo exercises offer a bit of recovery time and clearly show you what to do.


Great workout in short period of time
