Stops working

stephengreen2004

I downloaded this game and it gave me a message that I downloaded the app illegally and to download again. I went to the support site and it is in French. I can't recommend this game until THAT is fixed.

Shame Shame Shame

ilbbrief

Auman should be ashamed of themselves and iTunes as well for allowing this kind of vendor on the app store. The game allows one level of play before locking and informing user that they have illegally downloaded the product, same with Jack the Ripper. The Profiler, another game by same vendor, is so pathetically simple so as to be insulting.

Zero stars

mrs tanner

I have the same problem with the illegal download

Do not buy until problem is fixed

Sedona63

I bought this from iTunes and you get a message saying that you have an illegal version and it shuts down play. Game is unplayable.

Does Not Work So Stay Away Until Fixed!!!

DeanaM

Just as was previously mentioned, the game stops working at the very beginning of the game and says I illegally obtained the game which of course I did not! I tried 3 times to reload the game but it continues to do the same thing! Stay away until this game is fixed!!!

no technical problems for me, it

I took a chance despite the negative reviews, and hoped that the bug had been fixed. My kids really liked the free version, and I thought we might read the captain nemo story together. Unfortunately, the free version shows off some of the best stuff. The translation to english is very poor. Skip this one.

Really boring hidden object game

IPad Gamer

Objects are often too tiny and I don't count this as real challenge. Graphics are just ok when it is iPad screen size. Boring storyline. Horrible sound and music. Repeating scenes. Boring and stupid puzzles. I gave it 2 stars because I got it when it was free. Otherwise, it deserve 1 star. I would rather pay $5 for Mishap instead of getting this for free.

Interesting subject

Listaficionado

I have a few of other Anuman games, but never bought those with really bad reviews. This one became free today, so I gave it a try. It had a different-from-others storyline, and although short, it was fun (never took the helm of a submarine before). I didn't encounter any bugs. All in all, a decent game.....hey, it's free!

Classic Novel via iPad

Getchwood

This is more of an interactive novel than a game. That said, I did enjoy revisiting such a fantastic adventure. If you're looking for an immersive HOG I'd recommend any by Big Fish. But if you're a Jules Verne fan you might want to check this one out. It would make a great introduction to classic fiction for a young reader.

Skip this one

Keylar2

I bought this for $0.99 and that was overpriced. Lame story adaption, game play is very simplistic, no challenge at all. And it got stuck in the middle with a bug that said I needed to find an item that had already been clicked on (even the hint circled the same item and wouldn't let me continue). Just a total mess.
