Doesn't sync my iCloud to outlook.com

It's a shame because this is the only reason I purchased it. I have 200+ iCloud contacts that I would like to sync to my man account. It says it does it but when I check, my msn account is still blank after multiple syncs. Looking for an update or a reply to fix! ***Update as of 5/27/16 Still doesn't sync at all. Had an email from the vendor but they still can't get it to work. Don't buy it yet!!!
App fails with no error message

Works fine for iCloud and gmail, however useless when it comes to Microsoft Exchange. It keeps failing with no error message; it just crashes and not sync happens. The Auto Sync would be a great feature, too bad it does not work at all.
Auto Sync doesn't work

I used the app and like how it kept the contacts update when I manually used it. I decided to pay the in app purchase for the unlimited contracts and auto update to find out that the auto update never works. I open my app and it always says that the last update was when I manually did it. Uninstalled then reinstalled the app and that didn't work either. Also I have yet to find a way to contact the developer about the issue so just decided to leave a review and hope it can get resolved. App syncs contracts done but don't waste your extra money on in app purchases.

Worked great the first time. But it would only sync the 1st 30 contacts. So I bought the update. Now the duplicate contacts are back and I can't get it to sync.
