Useful App and Service, User Tracked Analytics not Cool

Been using the app since year two of its creation. I don’t know what analytics Agilebits used to grab, but Apple’s new app privacy details is a bit enlightening. User ID linked analytics is not great for a password manager. Where’s the privacy? Also, User Content is shared with Customer Support? My passwords (I.e., content) are supposed to be encrypted end-to-end. 1Password / Agilebits shouldn’t be able to see any of my content. ?
Have to open master password every time I open 1password icon

Overly complex

This latest program, is overly complex. The focus seems to have drifted to the corporate side and not to the family nexus. When upgrading to the most recent version it will create several vaults, but when you sync it to other family devices it will only sync your public vault. I am sure that there is an obscure fix somewhere. I do not have time to wander thru the Internet to find solutions. If you are a programmer use this version If you are a moderate user trying to tame your password jungle, look elsewhere . In summary, after using 1 password for the past several years this version is overpriced and too complex. A sage once said, “ Simple is often more elegant”.

I’ve been using one password for many years it is the best password manager is out there.

I love this app and have never had any issues but was presented with a load screen that never unlocked today which was pretty disruptive and concerning... Will gladly retract this review once the issue is resolved.

I’ve been using 1Password for years, and I can’t say enough about how easy it is to use in iOS, macOS, and Chrome. I can feel confident and comforted that my most important information is kept safe and secure in 1Password, and on websites by using long, unique passwords. Thank you for the excellent product!!!
