“Lifesaving” Software!

I have had a brain injury that prevents me from memorizing passwords, account info, sign-in info, bank account info, social security numbers for my family, credit card info, etc. (Although, which us us CAN remember all of that!). Anyway, I use 1Password on my MacBook Pro, iPad, and iPhone, and they communicate seamlessly between each other and have had no problems entering, editing, or updating information. I would be LOST without this app! I had one recent problem when I had to reload the program on my Mac, and their customer service department answered all of my questions, responded promptly, and kept in contact until my issues were resolved. It was greatly appreciated! Anyway, for me, this program has been a lifesaver!
The worst customer experience

I have paid so much money to this app. I have saved so many passwords. They took out the touch id feature on my app. Their awful customer service said it expires after a period of time. I got no warning. They just tip features out as they please leaving customers unable to log in. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hate this app!!! Has caused me so much stress.

It was a good program but they ruined it with the last update. Lost ALL saved passwords after upgrading. On top of that the app now charges a monthly fee to access your information. Am switching to LastPass.
Does not sync with my iCloud but claims it does

It does not updated any password that areas stores on my iCloud drive. Works great between my three computers but does not sync anything with my I phone. I can tell utter ten times to sync or to add a new vault.... Just never works just sycronises without any changes or updates. Just remains as is. Useless

You buy it. You set it up. You use it for a few months. It then stops working. AND THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW YOU EXIST! Try any one of the many other apps out there instead.
New update won’t even open

First thing I noticed is the icon for this app disappeared from my home screen and list of apps in Settings. Second thing is in the App Store, it says OPEN but won’t open. This is not a good way to start with an update. Otherwise, I have loved this program for many months but now have no ability to use it on my IOS devices.

I can’t say enough good things about onepassword! I’ve used it for years and I use it every day, throughout the day! I feel secure and it has great user interface/ usability. Much easier and faster to navigate than other password managers. Plus I love that it can generate highly secure passwords for you! Definitely worth every penny!
