Worst set up ever

Got a notification an hour before of available tickets so I rush to get to the place, but no specific location to meet, no instructions whatsoever. Talked to every security guard within a mile radius until we found one man that knew where to go. The app though wouldn’t let me log in, kept saying error, server problems, so finally could log in from a friends phone 10 mins before to confirm the tickets. Felt like I was on the amazing race with the lack of directions and obscure directions we eventually got. This can’t be the best you can do! Great concept, horrible delivery.

Finding out about this app has made it an awesome experience for my recent move here to LA. This app is very easy to use and super convenient.
I mean .... how many apps have the power to say they can help you achieve a lifelong dream?

... I was able to see a live taping of one of my all time favorite sitcoms and hand to god at the age of 37 it was one of my top five experiences in life.
