Stuck Ad

Soon as you open the app the ad will not move even when you swipe up like it say or hit close. It get stuck on the ad. You can't even get to the news!!! So I basically have this news app for nothing, this need some major improvements

Y’all micro-inform your viewers. You read what New York sends you to propagandize talking points. The local population doesn’t have analytical skills. They trust in the what you say, cause hell, its the news! So many misinformed people, misguided by incorrect “fact” in school, then bombarded by 24 hour distortions if the truth.
App’s not working

For the past couple of weeks, the app will freeze and I am unable to read the articles. I have had to uninstall 3 different times but it still does it.

When I open the app the add with pop up and I’ll go to swipe up but nothing will happen and I’m forced to back out. The only solution I have found is to delete and download it again. If it happens one more time I will not download again. It’s a good app but this is making it unusable.
Commercial won’t let me on app

When I open the app, it has a commercial to swipe up on, and it won’t let me swipe it or close it in any way.
Something wrong with loading

Downloaded app. Works for a few days then won’t load at all. Not my phone cause it’s new and I’m with Verizon.

I have lived in this area for 11 years now and I have never been disappointed in the information that the Channel 13 WMAZ news team has shared with my family and they have kept us safe with the warnings of upcoming severe weather and given us time to prepare and believe me, we have come so very close to disaster many times ??. I have the same issue as a lot of other people, when I first go to the app it brings up an ad that says “Swipe Up” only you can’t swipe up. There’s no way to close out the ad and the app is frozen. I force close and try to re-open only to have the same issue again. I went through this about 6 times the other day and finally gave up. With that being said, when I can actually get into the app I love it. It’s how I keep up with news and events around middle GA. I just wish it worked properly.
