This app needs some serious updating.

I love 13 WHAM! Can’t start my day without them! But I can’t download the app on my fire stick, why? When I search for it it doesn’t show up but I have no problem finding it in the App Store on my phone. Fix this and the app would be 5 stars perfect!
App crashes every time

Within 15 seconds of opening an article, the app fails and shuts down.
No Landscape on iPad

Really needs to support landscape mode on iPads. Too much real estate wasted on big pictures— want to be able to see a list of stories.
Won't download to older iPhones

I have repeatedly tried to get the app. Multiple ads and social media content I heard were numerous. Not everyone can afford iPhone 8 or higher. I have an iPhone 5c. I support WHAM but can't use my phone to follow them

Being able to read the news is fine but for some reason I get no sound. Every time I try to watch something it’s all quite. I have tried everything I can to get sound and nothing. Very disappointed.

I have updated, deleted and reinstalled app over the last year and still can not get sound to work on the videos. Please fix this for iPhone.

Glad I’m not the only one experiencing this - why doesn’t the sound work? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and no luck
