BUG found - AGAIN!!!

This is a must-have game for every iOS user. It is simple but perfectly brought together. 1- I did have an issue just now. All of my unlocked characters dissapeared. I assume it must be a BUG concerning the written internal memory of the game itself. Please fix this so that the 10,000 (not sure how many but feels like so) gems to unlock the character after the frankensteinish thing are not wasted again. 2- It would be really nice if you made a character selection screen. Everyone has a favorite, let 'em play it. 3- You could add other scenery to the game as well as traps. Say a jungle where instead of saw blades you evaded killer bees. Instead of flame jets you have to be safe from thorns/quicksand. In place of lasers use spiderwebs, etc. The list goes on and on. It would be fun to have a little bit more content. 4- Keep up the great work. Up until now it has been a masterpiece. Kudos! UPDATE: The same bug happened again! I lost all of my progress once more. I'm impressed with the lack of responsiveness from the game devs, to whom I wrote about two weeks ago and have yet to recieve notice from. You're gonna lose stars on this one.

I love this game you should really get it and add a character select menu-And for those who want a better challenge on normal mode [{(~DONT~)}] collect the first gem do not ?
