It keeps crashing and the maps never load, don’t use this app at all, it’s garbage

So let’s start in the beginning,I saw this and downloaded it and when I clicked on it it didn’t load I watched that loading thing in the middle of the screen for half and minute so if it’s a glitch please make it stop it Love:Ash

I can tap on the type of map I want it a soon as I tap on a world I get kicked out of the app. I just got it today!
