This is the best push-ups app I’ve found. Unfortunately it doesn’t get updated often enough. Currently the tacking doesn’t work as well as it used to and the iPhone X’s display isn’t supported properly.
After using the out dated website, this app looked much better and made it easier. I like the quick pushups option. Camera thing usually doesn't work though. Also, the schedule can be annoying. I would like it to show you how to structure your own extra pushup workouts on the side, because I feel like I could do better than just maxing out a few times every day off.
I love the look of the app, but weeks 3-6 are locked with a $3 in app purchase. The push-up tracking feature is rather inconsistent, so I just tap through my push-ups after finishing each set. Overall, I'm severely disappointed with how the developer is choosing to charge for the service without notifying the user until they try to access the latter half of the program.
Maybe it's the fact that it's an external force, but this app has actually motivated me to get some serious training in, despite its flaws.
Why should I have to pay to complete the six-week program? I got to week 3, and I have to pay $2.99? This is nonsense. Deleted this and am sticking with the website.
Holding weeks 3-6 hostage for $3 is a poor user experience. Auto push-up counter often misses or double counts.
This app has a nice interface, which I'm sure helps to get lots of clicks in the App Store. Unfortunately the push-up count is wildly inaccurate which makes the entire app completely useless. I'm not at all surprised to see several other reviews which point out other major bugs, but I couldn't even use this piece of junk long enough to find those flaws.
Instead of making me exercise more it pisses me off that it doesn't reed most of the push ups I do.
