Can't get rid of ads!

No matter how many times I press the button it won't let me pay to remove ads. My son can't play this with ads.

I just downloaded the app because of the great reviews but it doesn't make any sounds. My toddler needs the sounds! Hope it can be fix!

I have the iPhone 6s Plus. When I downloaded the app there was no sound.. Looks fun but it won't capture my 16 month old's attention

When I got this app for my baby sister, I noticed that the sound wasn't working. It isn't my phone because right before getting the app, we were watching videos on YouTube. I even double checked to make sure that my sound was on. I checked in the settings on the app and they were on.

I downloaded this game with high hopes because of all the good reviews but it is not making any sounds. I've tried turning the sound off and back on again, I have even tried closing the app and reopening it. I hope there is a way that this can be fixed soon.
