Great games, BAD customer support

I played these slots for a year until I finally got enough achievements to get all the games and the $3 bet. I really enjoyed them. The tournaments are a great bonus. However.... I got a new phone and the credits transferred but all the games were locked. And I had to start over with the 1 cent bet. I have emailed tech support 4 times over the last 8 months but I have never received a response. The games are fun but don't expect help if you run into trouble.

Great slots... But issues. You can't finish bonus round in tourney. Uses previous score.

Great fun. The bonus rounds on all the games are great fun. Most have 2 or even 4 bonus rounds. I have bought most of the games. Only beef I have is that I play tournaments. A lot of the iPad games are not in the tournaments. But I just downloaded the iPhone app on my iPad and play that way.

I love this game. Played it for years but I've gotten all the achievements. I need a new game. It's been over 2 years. Seriously?!?!
