SPG账号封号事件从头到尾都在推卸责任，毫无道歉的意思

从7.21 晚上爆发SPG账号封号，账号被取消以来，官方接近1小时以后才有了动静。而且22号到23号下午为止，除了拿200块打发一下，说实话，白金用户真不差这点钱。但是你这是给用户贴麻烦了，非但没有认错的态度，还始终认为问题出在spg和接口问题上，你们真的有认真去查么？再说了，这样的一个专注常旅客的公司，应该和各大酒店集团沟通好，这次被封号有种做龌龊事被抓的即视感，两大创始人竟然在朋友圈，App内问有没有人认识SPG的高层和管理人员，真是呵呵了。再说一次，你们这是给用户贴麻烦还让用户解决，大家都很忙的，而且从头到尾，没有丝毫抱歉贴麻烦和道歉的态度，我还是安心去用外国人开发的第三方卡籍App。
