Too many crashes

If I open the app, there would be an infinite spinner on the screen, and after a while it crashes. Then it just won't open and crashes immediately. This is a fatal issue and they just don't fix it.
A Dictionary app that I prefer to use

This dictionary app has no ads when launch, no ads in the app, just a pure dictionary , and from Microsoft makes it a reliable app.
