Chive vs. Ad revenue

Love the Chive don't love the intrusive ads on app or site. Would gladly pay to get a functional, spam free Chive. UPDATE!!: I paid for a yearly subscription when Google was being Google to The Chive. I STILL get ads and they collected clipboard data until the new iOS ratted them out. I have submitted 4 Customer Service requests and all have gone ignored. I will not be resubscribing. You all asked for us to help support you when you were being screwed over by the monopolies of the internet and then ignored us when you got what you asked for.
App doesn’t work very well

Every time you exit the app and go back in, you have to login. Half the time an ad pops up (which is quite frequent, above the average rate) the app will freeze. App will also freeze midstream then buck you out. This also happens quite often.
Give us a choice please

App is causing me to sign in every time to open. It’s a bit of a pain when it used to stay logged on. I’ll change my review once updated and issue is resolved.

Been a long time subscriber and purchased decent amount of merchandise. But ads that show up even when I'm a member isn't cool. Didn't use to be like this, what happened? Is it me? Nah don't believe that. I'm gonna have to delete for a bit and see how things play out. Love the app, content and community. Hope to be back.
