Quality control is poor

The latest problems are GIF’s playing too fast and no iChive. Before that it was all of the !#%@ ads that opened up the App Store and played loud videos. On an old iPhone 6S with this app, my phone would get hot and loose like 20% battery on one gallery.

They fixed it for a while. But this new update kicks me off forever. My iPad Air only goes up to iOS 12. So now it won’t even open. The Chive joins the other businesses that updated me out of being a customer or member. Thanks a lot. One more blow I didn’t need when I’m down. Not everyone can afford a new tablet or phone every year. Good luck I guess.

Chive with DAR was my guilty pleasure for almost 10 years running. Funny, Apolitical and tasteful escape to browse to end my day. No longer works on old iPhone and requires sign in for DAR on updated app. Ads everywhere. Are you Facebook now? Nope. So long Chive. Was nice when you had it right. Goodbye.

All the new updates I hate. The app now is slow to start , will surprise you with what subject opens and sometimes just shuts off in the middle of scrolling. Chive should go back to being chive & stop letting apple/android rule what it does

I can’t create an account, login or change my password. It keeps saying error 404. Every time I try to login using my Apple ID, it shows some random account name, user name and location. Once these issues are fixed, it’ll be 5 stars.
Please bring back the picture double tap!

Latest update and once again the double tap on pics no longer works. Come on guys and gals, really makes scrolling through and double tapping the right pics so much easier!
