Literally can’t login

I used to play this game a bunch and every time I try to log in, first it doesn’t ask for your password anymore for some reason, and when I put in the code it sends to my email it flat out tells me it’s wrong haha as if it didn’t just send the code to my email

Ever since the recent update after Christmas I have NOT been able to get the characters out of their current “jobs” I have spent the last few days logging in and out and uninstalling and reinstalling and even logging in on another device to get my characters to do their new quest but every time I click the thumbs up to get them out of their “job” it collects the money but the characters go right back to the same thing I just got them out of. I literally cannot do anything except collect money at this point. Please fix it. I’ve been playing this forever, it’s my comfort game, and if it isn’t working within the week I’ll probably completely stop playing it.

I have really been enjoying the Simpsons Game and all its rewards and in games goods I can buy to add to my own personal Springfield. I was able to earn a lot of stuff during the last Christmas event. And since the number of donuts I’ve earned been increased ever since every time I finished a daily tasks and a certain number of daily tasks, racking up donuts been more fun and easier

I keep getting signed out every time there is a minor update and it’s a pain to sign back in. I wait for a code to be sent to my email, nothing shows up and when I return to the app I have to start the login process all over again. Pain in the butt.

I used to love this game. But anymore I can’t even get to play. And when there an update I have to delete the game then download again. Maybe work. Also I have to update using cellular network. Wifi won’t work. So now there new update and now I can’t get on to play so once again I miss out on all the stuff. Been over month can’t login. Basically only option is to start over. Very very upset.

Impossible to sign back in

There must be some problem that they are not keeping up with maintaining the game. I have been playing for many years and enjoy the game but every once in a while you have to sign back in. It asks for you email on the account. Then it sends you a code to sign in with telling you to go back to the game and use the code. ( 5 numbers) when you go back to the game there is no place to enter the code. It just asks for your email again and you end up in an endless loop not being able to get back to Your game.

Ok let me first off say I’m a simpsons addict… Today I upgraded my iPhone, picked up the 13 pro max. Downloaded tapped out, when you hop onto the app it’s stretched as if it were being played on an iPad mini. Messed with my zoom and display settings within iPhone settings without any luck finding fix. You can still play the game…. But because it’s stretched you can’t see important information such as your character task bar if your phones oriented with your front facing camera on the left. Pls help I love this game too much to stop playing because of a stupid IPhone. I had another friend who has 13 pro max download Simpsons TO on his phone and can conclude it’s not just my phone his picture stretched too. Read around online and it looks like other apps have this problem too, if someone can help I would personally buy that individual a dozen IRL donuts!!!!

Almost every time I open the app it makes me login/verify my email. And THEN it has to download 1,500+MB of updates, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is absurd. Unplayable.
