Won’t let me log in to EA. I enter the pin provided and it says incorrect pin. I also try to create about and it says an error has occurred

The game will constantly log you out of your account and relogging is a hassle sometimes as the password will not be accepted. Also costumer support isn’t always the greatest.

The game itself is fun, but the app is a pain. Every time I open the game I have to re download it all over again.

The game is fun and all and I had enough room on my phone to download it but once I realized that you can make an EA account and play with your friends that I hadn’t known that so I told my brothers about it and I was the first one to make EA account and ever since I made the EA account I cannot get back into the game it will not load it keeps saying that my Wi-Fi is bad even though I have full bars I hope that you guys can fix this bug by time the new update comes out where the snow is gone and hopefully all the bugs that prevent me from playing this game

Game play itself is fun. I’d give it 5 stars. Logging back into EA account and downloading the same 2914.7 MB update 2-3 times a day has caused me to evaluate why I keep going back to this game. Also, I am unable to find friends even after making sure both of our accounts are setup to be searchable and confirming email is entered accurately. Recent reviews looks like these aren’t an isolated incidents, and the problems will not be resolved anytime soon.

The game glitched on me one night and took 545 donuts (game currency) and the developers are saying they have no responsibility and that it’s my fault refusing to acknowledge the issue or giving a refund in the game.
