I can’t sign up have been trying to for the past two weeks now keeps showing an error please fix it

I used TextMe but messages didn’t send so I got text+ and.... It’s an amazing app in my opinion it’s better Than TextMe It has way better texting and has actually unlimited calls and text TextMe said it did but actually it didn’t Text+ very very good calls the calls are better and cheaper I love it:2 Text+ Team :D
Works great except continuous ads

One of my favorite apps as it works essentially as described. Only minor complaint is the ads seems to get longer and like to play right before I checking text/calls. Otherwise can't beat the service to efficiently make calls and text for only $20 a year.

so far so good, no complaints in the one hour I’ve had it downloaded I’m just waiting on the real catch to come around, lol honestly!
No way to recover password
Oh C'mon!!
I have paid money to them to be ad free, keep my number, etc. I went to use the app one day and noticed that I had to sign in again. I tried and it did not accept my password. I clicked “forgot password“. And went through that cycle multiple times but still and unable to access the app. I am still getting pop-ups on my phone that I’m receiving messages but I can’t get to the app to read or respond to them. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago but have yet to hear anything back for assistance in resolving this issue. Hence the one star review.
