This app may be great if it’s used for the reason in which it was adapted; but there are people that are using it as a scam. I was recently called by fake apple support and after I downloaded it became very skeptical and didn’t allow the connect. I immediately began to chat with Apple support and they explained that they never send emails or make personal calls to lock your ID. So be very wary! Some people are evil

I called “Apple” to cancel a subscription and get a refund and they told me to download this app, so I did and then they tricked me into sending them 1,000 dollars through Apple Pay. Immediately after this I called my bank and reported fraud, and canceled my card. Luckily I’ll be able to get my money back. learn from my mistake and If someone claiming to be from Apple tells you to download this, please hang up and don’t give them the opportunity to steal from you like they did me.

A scammer from “iTunes” took 60.99 & 14.26 from my bank account without consent. When I called “iTunes” to get this corrected I was told to download this app and they would look into it. I refused, threatened to report them & they hung up on me!

TeamViewer developers: Seriously?

It is faster to ask the user to email the screenshot! What you claim is marketing fake at its worst. I was a huge fan of your products and brand name. No more.

Garbage

I do remote support all the time so I was really REALLY excited to be able to find a way to support iPhone users. After trying it on both my phone and then later trying to “support” my parents I can easily say that this is a worthless app. It is WAY TOO HARD to get working and impossible for non tech savvy people who are going to have to put this on their phone to get help. Devs need to imagine trying to help their grandma instead of someone who is already technically inclined and wouldn’t be asking for help anyway. The correct sequence of events: 1. I text the user a link which loads up the App Store with the correct product. 2. They download and open the app. Any approvals are one simple yes or no button to authorize access. 3. They read me their id number - NOTHING ELSE SHOULD BE SHOWN ON THIS PAGES. 4. I type in their id and press connect. 5. Done That is it. Videos going in and out of settings and lots of info is just a PITA. I ended up giving up on helping my parents after 40 mins watching them through FaceTime trying to get this app to work. Don’t waste your time.

Good idea, but doesn’t work

When I try connecting to my iPad using this software I follow all the directions and then it successfully connects and works, for about 20 seconds, then it disconnects and gives an error.
