Never been a great app to begin with but now it crashes, freezes, and is so unresponsive I am considering canceling my subscription. How can a journalistic leader like this have such horrendous technology. I suggest you visit USA Today and NY Times to see how top print media do technology. Shame on St. Pete Times - this app doesn't do your journalism justice.

I love it. This is my favorite format of all the e edition papers I've tried. In fact, I was thinking of not renewing when my yearly subscription was up in July because the old format was so tedious. Thanks for the upgrade and to those who don't like it, I believe the old format is still available. However, I was beginning to have more and more problems with that one.

Horrible App...don't waste your time purchasing the digital edition. The application only works 50% of the time and their customer service is no help! Yesterday I received an out of office email from customer service for 7 days. How does that help?

Takes Up Too Much Storage

In order to keep the app from grabbing too much storage I have to delete and reinstall. I've made the necessary changes in Settings, but it stills takes over 2 Gigs of storage. It won't delete the old editions of the paper. I may have to resort to just viewing TBT website.

What happened?

I used to really appreciate this app, but now the pages are very unfocused unless it's in a zoom mode. Please fix this.

If you want to be aggravated every day then use this app. There are never any updates and it has constant problems and weak customer service. Usually I can at least get the paper. Today I got it after 30 minutes and then it won't focus.

Uninstalled no functionality

After the latest update and changes to the app it was too slow and lost a lot of functionality that I liked. Attempted units all and reinstall and made worse. No longer using app to get local news. Too bad like the app for a long time read articles almost every day.

This digital edition if the Tampa Times is the worst digital edition of a newspaper I have ever tried to read. I suggest they reach out and talk to people at the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal to see how a real digital edition should appear. Until it changes, I am a non reader of this paper. OK, but buggy

Watch your storage if you download the editions every day. Even though my settings specify to only retain 3 editions, all of them stay there until your iPad storage fills up. Only option then is to clear everything from storage. Sometimes the picture resolution is wrong, so any pictures or comics are not readable. Option buttons are not very well worded, not intuitive to see where to do things. Sometimes window pops up saying I am not connected to the internet when I am. There are days I have to close and open the app several times before it recognizes that it has a new edition available for download. In general, does the trick to read the paper, but would love to see these annoyances fixed.
