Stop working with no response from support

Worked fine and then it stopped. I tried troubleshooting and I emailed support twice. No one responded and I cannot email support b/c the app no longer works for me to send support a message from the app. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! APP IS UNSUPPORTED, it DOESN’T WORK, and I can only assume the app creators abandoned this app!
Need an update. App not working

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. It just shows the little timer thing moving but never finishes, even on my home wi fi. So I can’t see any lists. I even paid for the full version. I gave it 2 stars, because it’s done this in the past, but would usually work after deleting and reinstalling but now it won’t.

I it's frozen!!! Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still not working!!! Love the app but can't get it to work consecutively.

Don’t waste your money! Works sometimes, mostly just sits like it’s going to load.

App worked partially when I purchased it. The viewers of your profile never really changed. Since October the the app is no longer working completely. I tried logging out and logging back in. Uninstalling and re-installing. Still not working. Contacted seller with no response. At this point I’d like to have my money back.
