The app itself is fun and user friendly. Where it falls short is the communication and follow up by it's administrators. I have seen several people complaining that they didn't get their rewards/prizes on the chat board. And my own experiences have been similar. They are rude when they communicate and seem to take no responsibility for their own mistakes.

I won multiple fast finger questions the sent me 3 codes for prizes out of the 5 I think I likely won. They later sent me an email saying I can only redeem 1 out of the 5... I would of taken more time to answer the questions (maybe logged on to Wikipedia and done some research) and had a better chance to win the grand prize. I didn't see anywhere you could only claim 1 prize. Screw this

This is a great app! I really like how the questions engage you during the live events, and also the prizes you can win. So far I've won two gift cards and I plan on continuing to play. Some of the previous reviews mentioned they had a hard time redeeming prizes but I didn't have a problem, I even received an email from the company with instructions on how to get the prize. I definitely plan to continue playing!

Unfortunately this app has turned from great to good to now just bad. Their customer service is about the worst I've ever dealt with. Email returns are slow, if you're lucky enough to get one, and prizes have taken months to arrive at times. Also, they claim to be growing, but in-app purchases have stayed the same price while giving you less PowerUps. The prizes have gone from $1000's per month with great prizes to gift cards. It is more difficult to win without purchasing extra PowerUps. And again, they make frequent changes that don't benefit us players and poorly communicate those changes. Still, the app is addictive and gives "free" stuff away. I will improve my rating when I see the prizes start to return to the value they once were and when customer service improves.
