Not all screens update

Only one device list screen seems to update quotes in real time. The others lag behind by many minutes? Why?
Way behind the competition

I love Schwab. I made the move to consolidate both my checking, investment and retirement account with them a year ago. However, their app and mobile experience just isn’t up to par with the competition. The user interface is dated, cluttered, slow and isn’t as elegant as the competition. Furthermore, it’s been almost 3 months since the iPhone X came out, the user interface still isn’t updated to take advantage of the increased screen real estate. It just feels a little neglected seems like mobile experience isn’t Schwab’s priority. In all other aspects, I like Schwab. But the superior apps of the competition (TD Ameritrade, Fidelity) and the mobile experience of Bank of America compared to Schwab’s banking offering makes me wanting to switch back. This app needs a complete ground-up redesign, but I guess I’ll settle for a update here and there.

I use this ALL THE TIME! I can safely deposit checks right into any account and check on transactions and statuses right from the home page. It also gives stock info without signing in. But with the Touch ID feature, it's SO easy to sign in and go!
Would love an IPhone X version!!

The mobile team at Schwab is great. They’ve made a ton of progress with their app since I’ve been a customer. However, I would really love it if they came out with a version that would make use of the extra real estate on the iPhone X.

Hate to admit, I have more than a few accounts, but I’ve been banking with CS over 10 years. Best decision. Best in banking. Awesome app. Fluid, intuitive. Very well built.

Please add support for iPhone X screen resolution, Zelle pay, and debit card alerts. Additionally, allow transfers to a Roth IRA from the app. I also think the UI can be modernized, if not completely redesigned.
Misinformation leads to trading mistakes

App does not reflect gains / losses on same day trades. It means you are not always able to see true gain/loss information for all holdings. If you trade quickly easy to mistake a day gain for an overall gain and accidentally sell at a loss. If you are day trading you can easily feel burnt by misinformation or lack of latest information.
