Apple Watch Issues

First off, I’ve only been a Schwab customer for a few weeks, but I have been very impressed with their service. I’m a big fan of the app—it could use some minor tweaking, but overall very user friendly. I actually placed my first orders through the app because it was more straightforward than their website. However, I cannot for the life of me get the Apple Watch app to work. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the watch and on the phone. I’ve restarted everything. I’ve unpaired and re-paired the watch. Nothing. It won’t update my Device Watchlist, or even the basic market values for the day. This is my biggest and only true disappoint with the app. I was very excited for this functionality and it’s been useless to me. To make it worse, I can’t find any answers on how to fix it or whether anyone else has had similar issues.

Decent app but doesn’t match web features

Fairly easy to use for basic features. I don’t understand why website limit for transfers is three per day while app limits it to two per day.

Generally a stable and insightful app. BUG: If the internet connection is slow or drops momentarily while logging in, then the password and faceid setting is reset This rapidly becomes annoying. SUGGESTION: work to make the charting simpler. Robinhood clearly leads the way here in it’s data viz simplicity and design.

Missing portfolio performance

The app really needs to show portfolio performance, at least year-to-date. Most other similar apps, e.g., Fidelity, do so.

I love this app for its banking capabilities, but it is proving to not be very useful in a volatile stock market. Please add real-time market and portfolio value data.

For whatever reason the app doesn’t allow the bottom task/menu bar to be customized. I click edit, but nothing sticks when dragged down to replace the buttons that are already there.

CNBC not working till 7pm like before

Was happy with the app but from past 2days app is not working from 4pm, it is saying market is closed, usually it used to work till 7pm which used to telecast madmoney and options action , which is such an important thing for me to trade with charles schwab, may be i have to look for an alternative.
