Need to improve interface and moving around the app. Like that I’m able to buy otc n regular stocks on the same platform and no fee for international stocks if I’m correct

Schwab really understands the digital world and this app proves it. Thanks for making life easy and hassle free. I can’t imagine banking with anyone else.

First I'd like to start off by saying I love Charles Schwab bank and have been using them for awhile. Their desktop app is pretty good, but their mobile app is quite lacking. Lately there is a bug that prevents face ID from being used. This is the first time in over a year I've had an issue.

FaceID does not work

App used to work great. Now faceid times out and you have to log into the app every time I open it. Have found several forums with other frustrated customers. Please update!!

Schwab is ok when it comes to investing, but I have a few suggestions to make. They need to find a way to make deposits to their brokerage accounts quicker so that people don’t miss opportunities to make money investing. Also, they should allow investors to buy amounts of shares based on dollar amounts (ex: I want to invest $250 into a Penny stock. How many shares would this get me?). Other apps have these kind of features but Schwab doesn’t. Although I do appreciate them allowing me to invest on the OTC market.

Good app but it only shows history balances as a graph for entire account, would be nice if I could see the same data of balances per separate account as well.
