Used to be enjoyable now boring with no updates or ones that crash your game and take everything from you. Unstable playing on the weekends when you "can't connect" for hours. Developers don't seem to care about the players any longer after months of complaints. Save your time and money!

Broken game. Developers do not care. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!! You have been warned. Takes 3 hours to get into guild events because server is overloaded. No new quests. Game crashes and takes all your hard earned collection items. Developers don’t care and don’t respond to emails.

The game is so slow! There hasn’t been any new quests in a very long time! The game is getting to be very boring! Really needs to be updated!
Servers can’t handle player traffic

I have been playing for 4 years and unfortunately this game has steadily declined. Seems the servers cannot handle the traffic during weekend guild events. Players routinely get a “can’t connect to server, please try again message.” This goes on for hours (Not just a few minutes) during an event. Long time players are quitting out of frustration. If you haven’t started playing this game DON’T! There are other games out there to choose from. I normally would cut the developers a break, but in this case the server problem has been going on for months! At this point it is a total waste of my time.

It's a great game but some of it tends to be confusing at times. So much detail and yet sometimes too much detail and not a lot of explanation. All in all, a lot of fun, especially when you have friends to play with ?
Completed a task but didn't get credit for it.

In recent months the game has degraded considerably. Issues abound, to name a few: slow servers that regularly drop out mid play, lost progress, loss of friends (at various points I’ve lost blocks of hundreds & twice all friends)& game levels. Any issue requires a ticket which takes weeks to resolve and it’s only a partial restoration at best. Support is everything but supportive. I’ve been around for nearly 6 years of ups and downs. A recent post to the Mystery Manor FB page by GI indicates there will no longer be Apple app updates, future play is being shifted to face book only. Whether this means a total end to the Apple app is hazy. Last week a GI sanctioned player support page posted a question asking if players would willingly start over. By simply posing the question it suggests the change will have everyone starting over from the beginning, however once again GI gives no definitive answer. GI’s intent is the true mystery here. If you’re interested in the game, it can be great fun. However, I do suggest waiting until GI makes what ever change they’re planning.

This game has drastically gone downhill. It used to be fun but not anymore...terrible support, impossible challenges, no incentive to keep playing. After several years, it is no longer any fun.
