iOS 13 update

I have been playing this game for over 5 years with no issues, then had the new iOS 13.1 update and my game wasn’t saving my quest progress. I sent a ticket to help support with no reply. I tried to reinstall the app and ended up losing everything and it made me start completely over, even after it linked to my Facebook account, which they say will restore any progress just by linking to Facebook. I am so bummed because I actually loved playing the game. Too many glitches.

I love this game and have played for years, but when my iPad updated I lost all progress I had made on quests. I have been working on some of them for months. It makes me not want to play anymore.

I’ve played this game for over 3 years jut updated my ipad to 13.1.3 and it won’t open support has basically been worthless
Old updates and getting useless

Game was really fun at one time but it appears now if a request is sent to Support, your game stops responding to even additional items that help the game be enjoyable. Same events are affected week after week & most friends have stopped playing regularly.

I love this game. I have a new iPad so I started over and am trying to keep up with both. I much further ahead on the old one

Great and fun game but wish it was easier to complete some of the quests and not need Diamonds for items
