I couldn't accept my inmate calls and they kept taking money from me I'll add $15 they put $10 on smh useless app

This app was more than a headache than a help. I had to keep calling the guy bc my inmate calls kept being blocked. They would supposedly fix it then the next day it would not work again. After adding money on my acct & it not working you would think they would refund me my money but he wouldn't. Do not use this app! You will be mad if you do!

Title says it all! I have the confirmation email and the money was taken out if my account yet I still show 0 balance and haven't even used it yet! No one answers and the email is supposed full and hangs up on you!

I got this app on the advice of my cell phone carrier (1st mistake). I set it up on 2 phones and paid $10 on each phone (mistake #2) but can't use the app. It says my balance is $0.00 even though my credit card was charged $10 twice. The "Help", "Contact Us", and "Legal" pages in the app are ALL BLANK!! How ridiculous is that. I found a number for this place but no answer. Have sent an email. Will be surprised if I get anything back. Apple should ban this app and developer from the App Store. Shouldn't be allowed to steal people's money like this.

I got this app through my cell phone's customer service for an emergency situation. This is at 7am in the morning. I added $10 increments 4 times that's $40 I couldn't afford to spend to be able to speak to a family member in desperate need. So I downloaded the app registered for the app and added money. Which the app has no problem taking it out of your account but they will not refund it back. I called the customer service number and no answer. I then left a message and still no answer. Now it's 513pm and I'm still attempting to call this apps customer service. I finally got someone to only tell me that there were supposed instruction that's nowhere in sight anywhere in the app because it's blank and it says everything I need to know. Also gentlemen that I spoke to was very rude and basically spoke as if I was stupid for not reading instructions that were not there at any point. I also was supposedly to receive a email with my confirmation and everything about the app which I still haven't received. The balance on the app is still $0.00 but they took the $40.00 out of my account. I will be sending Verizon and the App Store complaints to shut this app down because it's a rip off and it's robbery to take out money without the app being function.

Don't use this horrible app designed for convicts. It ate up all my data and it doesn't work. It never sends an email, so you can't figure out what your username is.
Total scam. Do not download.

I have waited all day for this app to work and it still hasn't. I've tried contacting customer service and it's a scam.

Watch your money fly away if you use this crap! If you have an inmate in jail and the provider charges too much, just complain to the sheriff and county judge!!
