I love this game and have never had an issue playing. Since the last update I can’t play it. It freezes and then crashes. So sad.

Your so proud that you update such a great game but I have been trying all day to get on and it is stuck. I deleted the game thinking I could come back on and continue if I can get on it but I still can’t. I know that I already lost my 230 game standing because it was black at 1. It’s a shame we lose everything we earned. This happened another time with the same results. I try signing in and it is of no use. So I guess updating your game is as good as you claim.

Please does someone have my account I plugged in to charge than the next day it goes to someone else, I don’t get my friends or winning what is wrong? To login from Facebook, Apple, email and king account, it want let me it says connection error try again later, than everything is wrong PIN number, update candy crush soda now I can’t get my friends I’m about to cancel everything. Lockout since two months on iPhone two weeks on tablet.

Most levels are fun, except the chocolates and bubblegum, which are stressful to play. Oddly, when you send lives to other players, you are penalized by having to wait several seconds before you can play. I wish the game relies less on luck and more on skills.

I have a lot of time and money invested in this game and since this last update, I cannot play as nothing happens when I press it. I cannot uninstall and then reinstall, as I don't save my progress. Please fix this! Please tell me how to fix this!!!
